Key Responsibilities:



Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across

Google Ads

,

LinkedIn Ads

,

Meta Ads

, and other paid media platforms. Develop and manage listings and content for

B2B marketplaces

such as

IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, GlobalSources

, etc. Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI and cost efficiency. Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to improve ad performance and visibility. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling creatives and ad copy. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar tools. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, B2B buyer behavior, and platform algorithms. Assist in SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies as needed

Required Skills



Proven experience with

paid ads

(Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and performance marketing. Familiarity with B2B platforms like IndiaMART, Alibaba, etc. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and ad platforms. Excellent communication and project management skills.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year
