As a

Digital Marketing Executive

at Propviewz, you will be responsible for implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to increase brand awareness, user engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, user engagement, and property reviews on the platform. Manage all digital campaigns including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Create, curate, and manage content for various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google My Business. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for SEO. Monitor and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to improve UX and lead conversion rates. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and new growth opportunities. Assist in planning influencer and review-based campaigns targeting homeowners and real estate buyers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing; experience in real estate or tech platforms is a plus. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and major social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data. Knowledge of content marketing tools, CRM systems, and email automation platforms is an advantage. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with real estate market trends in Pune. Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and WordPress. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web analytics tools.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
