Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

Addressing challenges like low engagement rates, high bounce rates, or ineffective ad campaigns requires analytical thinking and quick decision-making skills.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Working closely with design, content, SEO, and social media teams to ensure unified digital marketing efforts and achieve common objectives.

Leadership and Mentorship:

While this role is entry-level, opportunities for leadership and mentorship may arise as you gain experience and expertise in specific areas of digital marketing.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

Constantly seeking ways to improve digital marketing processes, adopt new technologies, and innovate strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities:

Managing customer interactions on digital platforms, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing user experiences to drive conversions and retention.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Experience Level:

0-1 year of experience in digital marketing, internships or projects in a related field are a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills, creativity, analytical thinking, adaptability, and a passion for digital marketing.

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, SEO principles, and social media best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in executing digital marketing campaigns in a hands-on capacity. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, AI in marketing, or data analytics. Demonstrated experience in scaling online marketing efforts for diverse audiences. Active participation in digital marketing webinars, workshops, or industry publications. Any graduation candidate
