Job Description

The Digital Marketing & Branding Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of brand positioning, digital marketing techniques, and content creation to build and maintain a strong brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:



1) Brand Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and branding strategies to strengthen the company's brand identity and increase brand awareness.

2) Content Creation and Brand Storytelling:

- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's voice, values, and objectives.

3) Digital Campaign Management:

- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns that not only promote our products/services but also reinforce our brand image.

- Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns across various digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

4) Social Media and Community Management:

- Develop and manage the brand's social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok, focusing on building a strong online community and enhancing brand loyalty

5) SEO/SEM and Brand Visibility:

- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, ensuring that the brand remains highly visible and accessible online.

- Oversee paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic while maintaining brand consistency in ad creatives and messaging

6) Brand Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, engagement, and perception across digital channels.

- Prepare and present reports on branding efforts to key stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to enhance future strategies.

7) Collaborative Brand Development:

- Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams, as well as business heads, to ensure that all digital touchpoints reflect the brand's identity and values.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive brands to continuously innovate and refine our branding approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
