Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Track KPIs like CAC, ROAS, AOV, and conversion rates, and suggest improvements
Manage retargeting, remarketing, and customer acquisition strategies for D2C channels
2. Content-Led Campaign Strategy
Design and manage campaign calendars for new product launches, festivals, national days, and thematic collections (e.g., ISRO, Indian Dance, Yoga)
Collaborate with designers & product teams to ensure brand-consistent content across digital assets
3. Social Media Management
Own and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn
Conceptualize reels, cultural stories, influencer collaborations, and live sessions to engage audiences (especially NRIs and Gen Z travellers)
Engage with the community via comments, DMs, and contests
4. CRM, Email & WhatsApp Automation
Build and manage segmented email and WhatsApp drip journeys for abandoned carts, re-engagement, festivals, and new launches
Use tools like Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, etc. to manage CRM workflows
5. Support for Offline Retail and Airport Store Footfalls
Geo-targeted ads and store-specific campaign promotions
Promote new store openings, in-store events, and seasonal offers digitally
Support PR and local awareness campaigns for airport and museum store visitors
? Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles (D2C or performance-heavy environment preferred)
Proven experience in handling Meta, Google Ads, and social media campaigns
Strong understanding of content marketing and storytelling in digital formats
Experience with tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, email automation
Basic knowledge of Canva or working with creative teams for visual content
Bonus: Familiarity or passion for Indian culture, tourism, or artisanal products
