We're looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Meta Ads to join our team.
If you have 4+ years of hands-on experience, a deep understanding of campaign performance, and are ready to contribute to a fast-paced, product-led marketing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize, set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to meet key performance objectives (e.g., traffic, conversions, lead generation, ROAS).
Conduct in-depth audience research and develop precise targeting strategies to enhance ad effectiveness.
Perform ongoing analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends and making data-driven optimizations.
Develop, test, and iterate on ad creatives and copy to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the content, design, and analytics teams to enhance campaign success.
Stay updated on Meta Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to ensure the best results.
Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Meta Ads account performance and ad delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and optimization.
Deep expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid strategy optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make informed decisions.
Experience in scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
Familiarity with attribution models, tracking pixels, and conversion APIs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Google Ads is good to have but not a primary requirement for this role.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
