Campaign Ownership & Execution:
Take end-to-end ownership of campaign execution and performance
Collaborate with content writers and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives
Analytics & Optimization:
Analyze campaign metrics using
GA4
,
Meta Ads Manager
, and
Google Ads Dashboard
Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and keyword optimization strategies
Lead Management:
Optimize for
lead generation
, reduce junk leads, and improve lead quality
Work closely with the sales/CRM team to align campaign goals and follow-ups
CRM & Marketing Automation:
Manage and integrate data with CRM platforms (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot)
Execute
email and WhatsApp marketing
workflows for nurturing leads
Reporting & Insights:
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Track KPIs like CPL, CTR, CVR, bounce rate, ROI, ROAS etc
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing (Google & Meta Ads essential)
Strong understanding of
Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and campaign optimization
Hands-on experience with
CRM tools
and marketing automation (email/WhatsApp)
Familiarity with
lead generation funnels
and nurturing strategies
Highly
self-driven

learn and experiment

Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Good communication and team collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
