Key Responsibilities
:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Manage and update the hospital's website and ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to optimize campaigns.
Coordinate with content writers, designers, and medical staff to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Plan and manage email marketing, SMS campaigns, and newsletters.
Oversee online reputation management, including review responses and listings (Google My Business, Practo, etc.).
Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing innovations in the healthcare space.
Collaborate with the PR and internal communications team to ensure consistent messaging.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or service industry.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint.
Key Skills
:
Proven experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
Strong understanding of digital KPIs and ability to generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations (HIPAA or local equivalent) is an advantage.
