Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Optimize website structure and content for improved visibility in search engines.
Perform regular audits and generate SEO performance reports.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Paid Advertising
Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor ad spend, CTR, CPC, and ROI; make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Run A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
Social Media Management
Develop and implement content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze campaign performance.
Track trends to maximize engagement and brand visibility.
Content Marketing
Plan and create high-quality content including blogs, landing pages, and video scripts.
Collaborate with design and development teams to produce relevant multimedia content.
Ensure content is optimized for both users and search engines.
Email Marketing
Build and execute email campaigns and marketing automation flows.
Segment lists for personalization and increased engagement.
Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics.
Marketing Analytics
Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and CRM platforms.
Provide actionable insights based on KPIs and conversion metrics.
E-Commerce & Affiliate Marketing
Manage product feeds, campaigns, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and influencers.
Monitor affiliate traffic, performance, and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Strong understanding of web technologies: HTML, CMS (e.g., WordPress), landing page tools.
Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
