: Digital Marketing Specialist
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with around 1-3 years of professional experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual who can seamlessly blend website development with marketing strategy - SEO, Content, social media. You will be instrumental in driving our online presence and maintaining our core digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Development -
Develop, maintain, and update our primary corporate websites built on the WordPress platform.
Manage website hosting, security updates, backups, and minor troubleshooting to ensure uptime.
Implement minor design changes and functionality enhancements using relevant WordPress plugins.
Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and optimized for fast load times.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase targeted traffic.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
Manage website content structure and SEO factors
Content & Social Media Marketing
Assist in creating, editing, and publishing engaging marketing content, including blog posts, website copy, and case studies as required
Manage and execute campaigns across key social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Monitor social media engagement and analytics to identify trends and improve campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and analyze all digital marketing campaigns and channel performance.
Generate regular reports to communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to the marketing team.
Qualifications & Experience
1 to 3 years of professional experience in a hands-on digital marketing role.
Proven experience developing, customizing, and managing websites using WordPress.
Experience with SEO tools and best practices, resulting in measurable improvements.
Managing corporate social media accounts and executing content strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
