Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated
Digital Marketing Specialist
with a strong understanding of both creative strategy and data analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing IPSR's digital presence, leading SEO initiatives, managing social media channels, and executing paid advertising campaigns that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive
SEO and digital marketing strategies
to increase online visibility and engagement.
Plan, manage, and grow
social media platforms
(LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) through structured content calendars and campaign execution.
Collaborate closely with
content creators, designers, and developers
to ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand tone, visual identity, and marketing objectives.
Create and manage
paid advertising campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and site audits to drive measurable growth in organic and paid performance.
Analyze campaign results using tools such as
Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite
, and prepare detailed performance reports.
Contribute to creative ideation for digital content, integrating storytelling and data insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Stay informed on emerging trends, AI-driven marketing tools, and algorithm changes to ensure IPSR maintains a competitive digital presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Digital Marketing Specialist
or in a similar role within a results-oriented digital environment.
Strong proficiency in
SEO principles, social media management, and paid advertising platforms
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, etc.).
Sound knowledge of
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
, and other performance tracking and reporting tools.
Experience in
content strategy development
, link-building campaigns, and optimization for digital engagement.
Demonstrated ability to
collaborate effectively
within multidisciplinary teams involving design, content, development, and strategy functions.
A strong sense of
