The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the company's digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive online traffic, and generate leads or sales. The role involves managing all digital channels to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage and optimize website content, SEO/SEM, and social media presence
Create engaging digital content including graphics, videos, and posts
Analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Manage email marketing campaigns and database growth
Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines
Research and implement the latest trends in digital marketing to improve reach and engagement
Monitor and report on campaign performance with insights and recommendations
Manage online reputation and respond to customer inquiries on digital platforms
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media ads)
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing
Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Mailchimp
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
