Bachelor's degree Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, or social media content (freshers with strong writing skills may also apply by using AI tool ) .
Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proven ability to write platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, and social media trends.
Familiarity with content calendars and digital marketing workflows.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple content requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging, original, and platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Understand brand guidelines, tone of voice, target audience, and business objectives before creating content.
Write professional, informative, and value-driven posts for LinkedIn, including company updates, project highlights, achievements, and industry insights.
Prepare a
monthly social media content calendar
aligned with marketing objectives and campaign plans.
Prepare and manage a
monthly promotion/advertising budget
for digital marketing activities, in coordination with the reporting authority.
Develop and submit a
monthly detailed marketing performance report
, including reach, engagement, leads/inquiries, and improvement insights.
Develop creative, concise, and engaging captions for Instagram posts, reels, and carousels using storytelling, hooks, hashtags, and relevant trends.
Draft friendly, clear, and audience-oriented content for Facebook, suitable for a broad user base.
Adapt content for each platform and avoid direct copy-paste across channels.
Follow the approved content calendar and ensure timely submission and posting of content.
Proofread and edit all content to maintain high standards of grammar, clarity, and consistency.
Incorporate feedback and revisions from reporting authorities promptly and professionally.
Apply basic SEO and keyword awareness to improve content reach and visibility.
Monitor engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, reach, and inquiries, and support content performance improvement.
Maintain confidentiality of brand strategies, unpublished content, and internal information.
Uphold professionalism, creativity, and quality standards across all digital communications.
