Google Ads (Shopping & Search), Social Media (Paid & Organic), and E-commerce SEO.
This role is for someone who has actually managed and optimized product-based ad campaigns for large inventories, understands e-commerce funnels, and knows how to improve ROAS through continuous optimization, not guesswork.
This is a hands-on execution role. We need a doer who can dive into the accounts, fix data feed errors, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Google Ads & Performance Marketing (Primary Ownership):
Independently plan and execute Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Performance Max (PMax) and Shopping Ads.
Critical: Manage Google Merchant Center. You must be able to troubleshoot product feed errors, fix "Misrepresentation" or "Policy Violation" issues, and optimize feed attributes (titles, GTINs) to improve ad rank.
Monitor metrics like ROAS, CPA, and Conversion Rate, taking corrective action without constant supervision.
2. Social Media Marketing (Ads & Organic):
Paid: Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads, specifically Catalog Sales (DPA) and conversion campaigns.
Organic (SMO): Manage the social media calendar for the brand. Post updates, stories, and reels to keep the page active and engaging (satisfying the requirement for brand visibility).
3. E-commerce SEO (Execution):
Take ownership of on-page SEO execution:
Optimizing Product Titles and Meta Descriptions for high-volume keywords.
Category page optimization and internal linking strategies.
Fixing technical crawl errors (404s, redirects) identified by the team.
Conduct keyword research specifically for "transactional" intent (people ready to buy).
Required Skills & Experience:
2-4 years of hands-on experience specifically in E-commerce Marketing.
Google Ads Expert: Proven experience scaling Google Shopping/PMax campaigns.
Google Merchant Center: Ability to upload feeds, fix diagnostics errors, and sync with the website.
Social Media & Ads Expert: Proven experience running profitable Facebook & Instagram Ads (Catalog Sales/DPA) AND managing Organic Social Media (SMO) to drive engagement and brand growth.
Technical Familiarity: Experience with OpenCart, Magento, or Custom PHP platforms is a huge plus (Candidate must be comfortable working outside of Shopify).
Analytics: Proficient in GA4 (Google Analytics 4)--creating custom reports and tracking conversions.
FMCG/Food Industry: Experience marketing food products, groceries, or FMCG is an advantage.
