Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented
Digital Marketing Specialist
to lead our student acquisition and brand awareness efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for filling our batches for Medical Coding and Nursing exam prep through strategic lead generation, social media management, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Plan and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads for upcoming batches (Medical Coding, OET, DHA, etc.).
Social Media Management:
Manage our social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). Create engaging content, including student success stories, faculty reels, and course explainers to build community trust.
Content Strategy:
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad creatives, flyers, and video scripts that highlight our placement records and curriculum quality.
SEO & Web Presence:
Optimize the company website and landing pages for local SEO (e.g., "Best Medical Coding Institute in [City]") to increase organic traffic.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor campaign budgets and performance using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. Report on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Community Engagement:
Respond to student inquiries on social platforms and Google My Business reviews promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Requirements
Experience:
0-1 years of experience in Digital Marketing. (Experience in the Education/Training or Healthcare industry is a strong plus).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
Meta Ads Manager
(Lead Forms, conversion campaigns) and
Google Ads
(Search & Display).
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing basics (CapCut/Premiere Pro).
Understanding of SEO best practices and Keyword Research.
Soft Skills:
Strong copywriting skills (English & Malayalam/local language preferred), creativity, and a data-driven mindset.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
