Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies focused on brand growth and lead generation
Manage end-to-end branding activities across digital platforms
Create, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for traffic, leads, and conversions
Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and improve ROI
Work closely with the design and content teams for campaign creatives
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing and branding
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, optimization)
Good understanding of audience targeting, creatives, and A/B testing
Knowledge of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling multiple ad campaigns simultaneously
Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage
Experience in a software company or agency environment
