Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and relevant platforms
Build and manage funnels: TOFU ? MOFU ? BOFU with clear conversion KPIs
Run A/B tests, creative experiments, landing page optimisation, audience segmentation, and retargeting
Closely collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure performance-focused creatives
Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality and continuously lower acquisition costs
Build dashboards, campaign reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership
Identify new growth channels, trends, and opportunities proactively
What We're Looking For
Proven hands-on experience managing meaningful ad spends and delivering ROI
Strong understanding of paid ads, analytics, attribution, pixels, tracking and remarketing
Analytical thinking + creativity combo, can problem-solve using both data and intuition
Ownership mindset: you care about outcomes, not tasks
Experience with lead funnels, landing pages, email automation / CRM is a plus
