Role Overview
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist
with
1-2 years of agency experience
who understands how to
generate leads, scale shopping campaigns, and improve organic visibility
through SEO. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with performance data, testing strategies, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize
lead generation campaigns
on Meta & Google
Manage and scale
Google Shopping & Performance Max campaigns
Conduct
keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO basics
Analyze campaign data using
GA4, Google Ads, and Meta dashboards
Improve CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates through continuous testing
Create performance reports with clear insights and action points
Stay updated with
latest algorithm changes, ad policies, and AI-driven tools
Required Skills & Experience
1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
Strong hands-on experience in
Lead Generation & Shopping Campaigns
Working knowledge of
SEO (On-page, Off-page & Technical basics)
Experience with
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of
conversion tracking, audiences & retargeting
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with
Performance Max campaigns
Familiarity with
AI tools for ads, creatives, and analytics
Basic knowledge of
landing page optimization & CRO
Experience handling
multiple client accounts
