Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning & Management
Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns on
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
and
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
.
Develop targeted ad strategies aligned with course offerings and marketing goals.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
2. Optimization & Performance Tracking
Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
Improve ad quality scores, CTR, conversion rate, and cost efficiency.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience groups.
3. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
Build and optimize lead generation funnels tailored to specific courses.
Work with the CRM/BD team to ensure high-quality lead flow and proper tracking.
Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking across platforms.
4. Reporting & Analytics
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Analyze ad metrics, user behavior, and ROI for each campaign.
Suggest improvements based on analytics and marketing objectives.
5. Creative Coordination
Collaborate with the creative team to develop eye-catching ad copies and visuals.
Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and platform best practices.
6. Budget Management
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets efficiently.
Allocate spending strategically across campaigns to maximize ROI.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years of proven experience in
Google Ads and Meta Ads
management.
Strong knowledge of
PPC strategies, retargeting, and performance marketing
.
Proficiency with tools like
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite
, and conversion tracking setups.
Experience in creating high-performing landing pages (bonus).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
