Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads Expertise (Core Focus)

Campaign Management:

End-to-end management of client campaigns within the

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

platform, including setting up campaigns, ad sets, and ads.

Hands-on Execution:

Daily monitoring, optimization, and scaling of campaigns to meet and exceed client KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, Clicks, Impressions, Lead Volume).

Creative Testing:

Implementing rigorous A/B testing protocols for ad creative, copy, and landing pages to maximize performance.

Budget Management:

Efficiently managing large and small budgets across various client accounts.
2. Strategy & Analysis (Added Advantage)

Performance Analysis:

Deep dive into campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Strategic Recommendations:

Developing and presenting actionable strategies for campaign optimization and future growth based on data analysis.

Reporting:

Creating clear, concise, and insightful performance reports for clients and internal teams.
3. Agency Environment & Growth

Client Management:

Handling multiple client accounts simultaneously, understanding their unique business objectives and industry challenges.

Cross-Industry Exposure:

Working with diverse industries, requiring adaptability and a quick learning curve for new sectors.

Continuous Learning:

Maintaining a

willingness to learn new things and staying updated

on the latest platform changes, digital trends, industry best practices, and new ad technologies.
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of

2+ years of hands-on experience

specifically managing paid advertising campaigns on

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

. Proven track record of driving measurable results (e.g., lead generation, e-commerce sales) using Meta Ads. Demonstrable experience in campaign analysis and strategy development. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly. A strong passion for digital marketing and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Added Advantage (Bonus Skills)



Expertise or knowledge in Google Ads

(Search, Display, Video, App) or other paid platforms (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn). Experience working in a digital marketing

agency environment

handling multiple clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
