Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing/Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our digital marketing and social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across multiple digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns. Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), creating compelling content and engaging with followers. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve results. Coordinate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and on-brand content. Manage online communities, respond to comments, and interact with followers to build brand loyalty. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and new tools to optimize campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or Social Media Manager. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.). Experience in creating content for different platforms (images, videos, blogs). Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on insights. Creativity and attention to detail.
Preferred:

Experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships. Familiarity with paid media strategies, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
