We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize a wide range of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and capable of delivering measurable results across multiple digital channels.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across PPC, social media, email, and display networks.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and email content.
Monitor performance, adjust budgets, bids, and strategies to maximize ROI.
Run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversions.
Track metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and maintain reporting dashboards.
Support SEO and content marketing initiatives.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in running paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.).
Strong understanding of keyword bidding, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.
Skilled in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing performance analysis.
Ability to analyze data and make ROI-focused decisions.
Strong copywriting, creative thinking, and content optimization skills.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or relevant digital marketing courses (preferred).
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
