Job Description

A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's products or services online. Their main goal is to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads, and improve conversions through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Digital Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI.

SEO & SEM:

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, keyword research, and bid optimization.

Content Marketing:

Create, edit, and publish content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Collaborate with design teams to produce visual content.

Social Media Management:

Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the audience. Develop social media strategies to grow followers and engagement.

Email Marketing & Automation:

Design email marketing campaigns, segment lists, and analyze performance metrics. Set up automation workflows to nurture leads and retain customers.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot. Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.

Collaboration & Strategy:

Work with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Stay updated on latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Required Skills:



Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content. Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (entry-level or higher depending on company). Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint are advantageous.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
