We are looking for a data-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

with a strong focus on performance marketing to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages that convert.

Continuously test and experiment with campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Requirements:

Proven experience(Minimum 2 years) in running and optimizing paid campaigns.

Strong understanding of PPC, display ads, remarketing, and performance KPIs.

Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
