Job Description

Summary:

The Digital Marketing Cum Designer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote Capkon's projects and brand. This person will also lead all design efforts, creating high-quality visual content for various digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong grasp of both marketing analytics and modern design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engine marketing (SEM). Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media channels to drive lead generation and conversions. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

Graphic Design & Branding:

Design and create visually stunning marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, brochures, flyers, and presentation decks. Produce high-quality, engaging content such as infographics, short videos, and animated visuals for all digital platforms. Maintain brand consistency by developing and enforcing visual identity guidelines for all company materials. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create design solutions that support their goals.

Content Creation & Management:

Write compelling copy for digital ads, social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters. Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content across channels. Coordinate with photographers and videographers to produce professional-quality visual assets of properties and company events.
