Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketer)
to drive paid acquisition and optimize marketing performance across digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and scaling ROI-focused ad campaigns while leveraging data analytics to make strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
, and other digital platforms.
Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, ad copy creation, and bid optimization.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio
.
Track key KPIs:
CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, LTV
, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing creatives and landing pages.
Drive remarketing, funnel optimization, and audience segmentation strategies.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present actionable insights.
Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Proven track record of managing and scaling ROI-positive paid campaigns.
Strong expertise in
Meta Ads, Google Ads
, and
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
.
Analytical mindset with strong command of
Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio, or similar tools
.
Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and consumer psychology.
Experience working with CRM tools or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint.
Experience with marketing automation and CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely, HubSpot).
Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and organic social media growth strategies.
Experience in B2B or D2C verticals is a plus.
