We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, PPC, and display ads). Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing dashboards. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging marketing materials and campaigns. Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to maximize ROI. Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies. Support overall brand consistency and messaging across digital platforms.

Requirements

Proven experience (2-3 years) in digital marketing or a similar role. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Graphic Designing.
