We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will leverage analytics and industry trends to drive measurable results, increase brand awareness, and generate qualified leads. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising). Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Create and optimize campaigns that align with business goals and maximize ROI. Manage content strategy and ensure brand consistency across digital platforms. Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Stay updated with emerging digital tools, platforms, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing strategy or similar role. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, PPC campaigns, and social media advertising. Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinker with strong communication and project management skills. Preferred Skills Experience in marketing automation and CRM systems. Knowledge of content creation and copywriting. Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
