We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's brand, products, or services across digital channels. You should be well-versed in digital marketing concepts, best practices, and tools, and have a strong grasp of data analysis to drive effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, PPC, and display advertising campaigns. Manage and optimize content across web, blog, and social media platforms. Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, insights, and new digital growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, product) to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Develop and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and drip campaigns. Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems . Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
