Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Google and Meta Ads Management

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.

Web Analytics and Tools

Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager. Generate actionable insights and prepare regular reports to evaluate marketing campaigns.

Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Plan and oversee content calendars, ad campaigns, and SEO initiatives.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling campaigns. Communicate with management to align marketing efforts with company objectives.

Content Strategy

Collaborate with the content team to develop blog posts, social media content, and newsletters.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns to attract and engage Softroniics' target audience. Track key metrics, evaluate performance, and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

Communication Skills

Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to set goals and deliver updates. Present marketing insights and strategies in an articulate and professional manner.

Requirements



Proven experience in managing

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

campaigns. Strong proficiency with

Google Analytics

,

Search Console

, and

Tag Manager

. Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing tools. Ability to conceptualize and implement content and digital marketing strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with content creation and social media marketing trends. Familiarity with Social Media platforms like:

FB, Instagram, LinkedIn,Youtube

Familiarity with Google My Business

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in managing digital marketing for the education or ed-tech sector. Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Analytics is a plus. Knowledge of email marketing tools.
