Job Description

We are seeking a

results-driven Digital Marketer

with deep expertise in

lead generation for real estate

across

Google Ads and social media platforms

(Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will lead strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for high-impact digital campaigns that drive qualified property buyer leads and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Campaign Management



Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused on

lead acquisition

using

Google Ads

(Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and

Meta Ads

(Facebook & Instagram). Manage audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting funnels, and conversion-focused creative strategies. Use

data-driven insights

to continuously improve

CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, conversion rates, and ROI

.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Collaborate with

sales teams

to align digital campaigns with lead follow-up processes and ensure

lead quality

improvement. Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

Social Media & Brand Presence



Manage and grow company's presence on

Facebook, Instagram

, and other social platforms to boost engagement and lead generation. Oversee social content calendars and optimize paid social campaigns for maximum impact.

Strategy & Innovation



Stay current on

digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

relevant to the real estate industry. Recommend new channels, formats, or tactics to enhance campaign performance and customer reach.

RequirementsExperience & Qualifications



5-10 years of experience

in digital marketing with a focus on

lead generation

; real estate industry experience preferred. Proven expertise running

Google Ads

and

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

campaigns that drive qualified leads. Strong understanding of

audience targeting, retargeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization

.

Technical Skills



Hands-on experience with

Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4)

, and

Tag Manager

. Knowledge of

CRM integration, tracking systems, pixel setup and lead attribution

. Familiarity with

landing page optimization and A/B testing

for improved conversions.

Soft Skills



Strong

analytical mindset

with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Excellent

communication, project management, and teamwork skills

. Creative problem-solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred



Experience in real estate portals or property listing platforms ( Exposure to

email marketing automation and CRM workflows
