Job Description

/ Duties and Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms including Meta (Facebook &Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Google Business, and WhatsApp for Business.

Own and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring timely publishing of high-quality and engaging content

Coordinate with in-house design and content teams to deliver platform-specific creatives, copy,and campaigns



2. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation



Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across social channels with astrong focus on Lead Generation.

Hands-on experience with PPC, SEM, paid social, remarketing/retargeting, and audiencesegmentation.

Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedInCampaign Manager, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms.

Prepare periodic reports and actionable insights to drive campaign efficiency and ROI.



3. Content Marketing Support



Actively contribute to the global marketing team's content initiatives--blogs, videos,newsletters, and thought leadership pieces.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh, relevant, and impactful content ideas.



4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support



Work closely with the design, content, and web teams to ensure seamless execution ofmarketing activities.

Support both internal and external events/activities, coordinating promotions, coverage, andpost-event amplification.

Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and corporate communication standards.

5. Reporting & Analytics

Generate weekly/monthly reports covering social media KPIs, paid campaign performance,leads, conversions, and insights for improvement.

Use analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.) to guide strategic decisions.

4-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.

Strong expertise in paid social campaigns, including PPC, SEM, and performance marketing.

Excellent understanding of social platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Hands-on experience using camera or mobile equipment for basic shoots--videos, reels, eventcoverage, behind-the-scenes content, etc.

Ability to collaborate effectively with design and content teams.

Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools.

Excellent communication and project management skills.
