Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google & Meta.
Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects within target CPL.
Monitor daily performance, budgets, and conversions.
Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
Create and test ad copies, creatives, and audiences.
Set up and manage conversion tracking and basic analytics.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Real Estate marketing experience is required
Strong understanding of lead-generation campaigns
Data-driven and result-oriented approach

Experience with landing page optimization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
