Offisync is seeking a creative and result-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in digital advertising, content creation, and analytics -- with a strong ability to communicate in both English and Kannada.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Email). Create engaging posters, videos, and social media content to promote brand awareness. Manage SEO and website optimization to improve organic visibility and traffic. Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to achieve lead generation goals. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing monthly performance reports. Handle marketing administration tasks, data entry, and campaign documentation. Support brand consistency and content scheduling across all platforms. Collaborate with internal teams for creative ideas and marketing initiatives.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline Minimum

in digital marketing or related field

Compensation:

Probation (3 months):

?6,000 per month

Post Probation:

?8,000 - ?10,000 per month (based on performance)
