Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist
who is strong in
SEO, SEM, Google Ads, landing page optimization, paid campaigns
, and the use of
AI tools
to scale marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate understands how to generate
high-quality leads
, optimize marketing funnels, and improve brand visibility across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize
performance marketing campaigns
across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
Use
AI marketing tools
(ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Perplexity, ad automation tools, etc.) to create content, optimize funnels, analyze trends, and improve campaign ROI.
Conduct in-depth
keyword research
, competitor analysis, and implement on-page and off-page
SEO strategies
.
Manage and improve
SEM campaigns
, including search, display, remarketing, and video ads.
Build, optimize, and maintain high-converting
landing pages
using tools like WordPress, Webflow, Leadpages, Unbounce, or similar.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
Create automated lead funnels, nurture sequences, and follow-up systems using CRM + automation tools.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce ads, creatives, videos, and promotional content.
Track attribution, conversions, and lead quality while consistently working to reduce CPL (cost per lead).
Manage Mind Mentorz website SEO and ensure continuous ranking improvements.
Execute email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp automation for lead nurturing.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and AI-driven marketing advancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads
, and performance marketing.
Strong understanding of
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
, and campaign tracking.
Proficiency with
AI marketing tools
for content generation, audience targeting, ad optimization, and automation.
Experience with landing page builders (WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce, Leadpages, Instapage, etc.).
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
Strong copywriting ability for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns (AI-assisted copywriting is a plus).
Experience running lead-generation campaigns for services/education businesses.
Understanding of CRM tools, lead scoring, and automated workflows.
Knowledge of Canva, basic video editing, and creative design principles is a plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or service-based businesses.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel).
Experience with YouTube SEO and YouTube ads.
