Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing performance-driven digital campaigns and possess a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and execute all areas of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing. Plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Conduct keyword research using industry-standard tools and implement data-driven strategies for campaign optimization. Create, manage, and refine ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize performance and conversions. Analyze campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other social networks. Manage blog updates and contribute to content planning and execution. Experiment with new advertising channels and techniques to identify opportunities for scaling results.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, including SEM, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. Practical knowledge of remarketing strategies across multiple platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights. Ability to handle multiple clients/projects and work collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications

0-3 years of experience in digital marketing. Experience with content writing is preferred. Basic design skills using photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
