Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
Manage audience targeting, bidding, campaign budgets, and performance optimization
Track performance indicators like CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROI
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage daily content planning, posting, and audience engagement
Monitor and optimize social media performance for improved reach and engagement
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO activities
Improve website traffic, ranking, and search visibility
Collaborate with content and tech teams to implement SEO best practices
Lead Management & Revenue Generation:
Analytics & Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, etc.
Analyze data and derive actionable insight.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of real-time experience in performance marketing
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, and paid advertisements
Experience working in Construction, Real Estate, Architecture, or Sales Management Industries (Preferred)
Proven experience in lead generation and revenue-focused campaigns
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
