This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution across digital platforms. The candidate will manage all digital marketing activities, including social media, SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and online brand engagement.
The ideal candidate is strategic, data-oriented, and innovative -- capable of turning ideas into measurable results while maintaining strong brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for both Aayur Care and TailzShield.
Plan monthly campaign calendars aligned with brand objectives and seasonal trends.
Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
Research competitors, identify audience segments, and analyze trends to drive digital initiatives.
Set measurable goals for engagement, conversions, and brand growth.
2. Social Media Management
Manage official social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
Plan, schedule, and post engaging content regularly in coordination with the creative and design teams.
Monitor engagement metrics and audience insights to improve campaign performance.
Coordinate with the graphic design team to ensure brand consistency and visual alignment.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
3. Performance Marketing & Analytics
Execute and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Track and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS.
Create regular performance reports and insights for management review.
Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve reach and conversion.
Monitor and maintain website SEO, SEM, and keyword rankings.
4. Content Marketing & Branding
Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging digital stories, blogs, and campaigns.
Plan and execute influencer and collaboration campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Oversee video content, short reels, and testimonial campaigns for social platforms.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, values, and positioning.
Innovate new ways to connect with audiences through storytelling and trends.
5. Email & CRM Marketing
Develop and manage email campaigns for customer engagement and retention.
Maintain and segment mailing lists for targeted communication.
Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align digital campaigns with lead generation and customer programs.
6. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the creative, sales, and operations teams for campaign execution.
Support internal promotions, events, and partnership programs with digital strategies.
Coordinate with third-party agencies or vendors when required for digital activities.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop campaign ideas and brand narratives.
7. Innovation & Market Trends
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.
Experiment with new campaign formats, hashtags, and engagement techniques.
Analyze competitor activities and industry benchmarks to identify new opportunities.
Propose creative digital initiatives to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
8. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain monthly digital marketing reports including analytics, reach, and engagement data.
Document campaign briefs, execution plans, and outcomes.
Maintain an organized repository of creatives, performance data, and marketing materials.
Present performance updates and insights during marketing review meetings.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-4 years) in digital marketing, social media management, and paid campaigns.
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other creative platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and content writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.) preferred.
