Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage
digital marketing and performance marketing strategies
to drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions.
Plan and optimize
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
, and other paid campaigns focused on ROI and CPL targets.
Execute and monitor
performance marketing campaigns
-- from audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to conversion tracking and reporting.
Manage and improve
SEO and SEM
efforts to boost organic visibility and search performance.
Oversee
social media marketing
, including content planning, audience engagement, and campaign performance tracking.
Create and manage
email marketing campaigns
, automation workflows, and retargeting strategies.
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance using
Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite
, and other analytics tools.
Collaborate with
design, content, and sales teams
to align marketing efforts with brand objectives and business goals.
Stay current with

Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of proven experience
in digital and performance marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager

analytics/reporting tools
.
Solid understanding of
SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
.
Experience with
marketing automation platforms
(e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
