About the Role:



We are seeking an experienced

Digital Marketing Specialist

to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns with a strong focus on

performance marketing

. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media strategies, analytics, and creative optimization to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and manage

digital marketing and performance marketing strategies

to drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions. Plan and optimize

Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads

, and other paid campaigns focused on ROI and CPL targets. Execute and monitor

performance marketing campaigns

-- from audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to conversion tracking and reporting. Manage and improve

SEO and SEM

efforts to boost organic visibility and search performance. Oversee

social media marketing

, including content planning, audience engagement, and campaign performance tracking. Create and manage

email marketing campaigns

, automation workflows, and retargeting strategies. Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance using

Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite

, and other analytics tools. Collaborate with

design, content, and sales teams

to align marketing efforts with brand objectives and business goals. Stay current with

digital trends, advertising technologies, and algorithm updates

to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:



Minimum

3 years of proven experience

in digital and performance marketing. Strong hands-on experience with

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager

, and

analytics/reporting tools

. Solid understanding of

SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

. Experience with

marketing automation platforms

(e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar). Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with

YouTube Ads, Programmatic Ads, or Display Networks

. Familiarity with

landing page builders

(Unbounce, Webflow, or WordPress). Basic knowledge of

graphic design tools

like Canva or Adobe Suite.
