About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Digital Marketing Specialist

with strong expertise in

web design

. This role combines digital marketing strategy and hands-on implementation with the ability to design and manage visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Digital Marketing:



Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Develop and manage content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other digital channels. Conduct SEO/SEM, keyword research, and optimize website content for search engines. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to improve ROI. Manage online reputation and coordinate digital PR activities.

Web Design & Development:



Design and maintain company websites, ensuring responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly layouts. Update and optimize website content, graphics, and multimedia elements to support campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure websites align with marketing objectives. Troubleshoot and fix website performance or design issues. Work with third-party developers or platforms when needed to enhance site functionality.

Branding & Creative:



Create marketing visuals, graphics, and layouts for campaigns, advertisements, and landing pages. Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.

Requirements & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing campaigns (minimum 2-3 years). Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms. Hands-on experience with

web design tools

(WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Canva, etc.). Strong understanding of HTML/CSS (basic knowledge preferred). Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills. Creativity with a strong eye for design and detail.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):



Experience in e-commerce marketing and website management. Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Basic video editing skills for digital campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,293.55 - ₹47,006.28 per month
