DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD/MANAGER/Specialist



Key Responsibilities



Strategic Planning & Execution



Develop and implement comprehensive

digital marketing strategies

aligned with business goals. Plan and manage budgets for SEO, SEM, paid media, and performance marketing campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the digital curve.

SEO & SEM Management



Oversee

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

activities to improve rankings and organic reach. Plan, execute, and optimize

PPC campaigns

(Google Ads, Bing, and others) for maximum ROI. Conduct regular keyword analysis, ad copy optimization, and landing page testing.

Content & Social Media



Collaborate with the content team to create

high-quality, keyword-driven content

for blogs, landing pages, and social platforms. Drive

social media marketing campaigns

to increase engagement and reach across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Team Leadership & Collaboration



Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, SEM analysts, and digital marketers. Work closely with creative, technical, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Analytics & Reporting



Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across digital channels using

Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and SEM tools

. Provide

detailed reports

and actionable insights for leadership on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience:

5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role. Expertise in

SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics platforms

(Google Ads, Search Console, GA4, Tag Manager). Proficiency with tools like

SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, HubSpot, or similar

. Strong knowledge of

content marketing, social media strategies, and lead generation campaigns

. Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)



Experience in

email marketing, automation tools, and retargeting campaigns

. Familiarity with

basic HTML/CSS

for technical marketing implementations. Certifications such as

Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint

. Experience managing

multi-regional campaigns

, especially targeting UAE or GCC markets.

Performance Metrics



Organic traffic growth and improved search engine rankings. ROI and conversion rates for paid campaigns. Increased engagement and follower growth across social media platforms. Lead generation and cost-per-lead improvements. Successful delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets.
