About the Role

Offisyc is looking for a motivated and creative

Digital Marketing Specialist

to support our online marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is looking for flexible, part-time or full-time work while contributing to impactful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms. Create engaging content in

Kannada

and

English

for different channels. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (SEO, social media analytics, etc.). Optimize campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with the team to develop creative strategies that align with business goals. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements

Experience:

1-2 years in digital marketing (social media management, SEO, or content marketing).

Languages:

Proficiency in

Kannada

and

English

(written & spoken). Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, meta, google ads, linkedin, SEO,social media ads, Canva, etc.). Strong communication and creativity skills. Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule. Must be located in bangalore/mysore
