We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing online marketing campaigns, optimizing our website for SEO, managing social media platforms, and analyzing digital performance to ensure business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across various channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Content Creation & Management:
SEO & SEM:
Oversee and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings. Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to optimize ROI.Manage and grow social media channels including FaFacebook, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. Craft social media campaigns that align with business goals.Design and execute email marketing campaigns. Segment email lists, optimize open rates, and track campaign performance.Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others. Prepare reports and insights to inform decision-making.Manage online paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Optimize budgets and bid strategies for maximum efficiency.Implement strategies to optimize user journeys, reduce bounce rates, and increase conversions on landing pages and websites.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader company objectives.

Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and analytically.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development is a plus.
