Job Description

Seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to create, run, and optimise digital campaigns aimed at lead generation. The candidate will also be responsible for implementing and managing Google Analytics to track and analyse campaign performance for data-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, paid ads, SEO, etc.) to generate quality leads. Set up, configure, and maintain Google Analytics to track campaign performance, traffic, and conversion metrics. Analyse campaign data using GA to provide actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies for higher ROI. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals. Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximise lead generation within budget constraints. Monitor competitor campaigns and market trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

3 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in lead generation campaigns. Proficient in Google Analytics setup, tracking, and reporting. Hands-on experience managing paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
