to drive paid media campaigns across various digital channels. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns to meet performance goals such as lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis.
Create effective ad copies and work with designers for visual creatives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
Set up conversion tracking, retargeting, and A/B testing.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using Google Ads and Analytics.
Stay updated with Google Ads policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, design, sales).
Requirements:
2-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and campaign tracking tools.
Experience with conversion optimization and ROI-driven campaigns.
Google Ads Certification preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
Nice to Have:
Experience with other paid platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads).
Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or HubSpot.
Experience managing campaigns for international markets (e.g., USA, UK).
