About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our team and lead the execution of digital strategies that support our growth in the B2B software solutions space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially within the B2B landscape, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.

This role will focus on building our online presence, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the full customer journey -- from awareness to conversion.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and relevant B2B channels Optimize content and campaigns for lead generation and nurturing in alignment with the sales funnel Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic Create and manage engaging content for digital touchpoints, including the company website, email newsletters, LinkedIn, and industry-specific platforms Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other analytics platforms; prepare performance reports and insights Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align messaging and support business objectives Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices relevant to B2B software and technology markets

Key Focus Areas:



SEO & SEM:

Enhance search performance and manage PPC campaigns targeted at decision-makers in specific industries

LinkedIn Marketing:

Drive engagement and lead generation through thought leadership content, sponsored campaigns, and InMail outreach

Content Marketing:

Support content development (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, webinars) that demonstrates product value and addresses business pain points

Email Marketing:

Design and execute campaigns to nurture leads, support sales efforts, and retain existing clients

Marketing Automation:

Utilize CRM and automation tools to segment, track, and engage prospects effectively

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or tech/SaaS environment Proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and lead generation strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams

Preferred Qualifications:



Google Ads, HubSpot, or LinkedIn certifications Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign Familiarity with long-form content creation and technical marketing materials Knowledge on content designing would be an added bonus
