Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:



1. Strategic Digital Marketing Planning



Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.

Align marketing objectives with patient acquisition, service promotion, and reputation management.

Allocate and optimize marketing budgets for ROI across digital channels.

2. Content and Media Campaign Development



Plan, script, and oversee production of:



Doctor video testimonials: Highlight clinical excellence and trust.

Patient/hospital service testimonials: Promote service quality and patient satisfaction.

Short-form video bites for social media: Health tips, doctor interviews, surgical procedures (within privacy laws).

Podcast episodes featuring hospital doctors: Promote expertise and reach targeted health-conscious audiences.

3. Social Media and Video Marketing



Strategize, schedule, and post branded content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

Promote video content (testimonials, podcast snippets, short reels) for patient engagement and service visibility.

Utilize YouTube SEO and shorts to improve discoverability.

4. Website and SEO Management



Manage hospital website content, ensuring accurate service listings and rich media integration (video, audio).

Execute SEO best practices to increase organic visibility of doctors' profiles, services, and content.

5. Paid Advertising and Lead Generation



Run targeted campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads for:

Specific hospital services (e.g., cardiac check-ups, maternity care).

Event promotions (health camps, webinars, live podcasts).

Generate and track qualified patient leads using CRM tools.

6. Podcast Management and Promotion



Develop podcast strategy: Topic selection, doctor scheduling, recording, and editing.

Distribute podcasts on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and hospital platforms.

Promote episodes using teasers, audiograms, and email campaigns.

7. Reputation and Brand Management



Monitor online reviews and patient feedback across platforms (Google, Practo, Facebook, etc).

Proactively manage the hospital's brand voice and visual identity across digital platforms.

Collaborate with doctors and patients for genuine testimonial content that aligns with branding goals.

8. Email Marketing and CRM Integration



Send regular newsletters and promotional emails featuring new podcast episodes, video content, and service highlights.

Segment and nurture patient databases based on interests and services used.

9. Analytics and Reporting



Track KPIs across digital campaigns: traffic, leads, engagement, video views, and conversions.

Use insights to optimize campaigns and content formats (e.g., which doctor testimonials drive more appointments).

10. Team Collaboration and Branding Compliance



Coordinate with:

Doctors and clinical departments for participation in media content.

Legal and compliance teams to ensure privacy (HIPAA/MCI) in patient or testimonial content.

Creative and production teams for content creation and branding alignment.

Education:



1.

Bachelor's Degree (Minimum). Master Degree (Preferred)



Marketing, Communications, Business Administration

with relevant marketing coursework. Certifications in digital marketing or healthcare marketing.

1. Digital Marketing Skills



SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

Optimize hospital website content to improve organic search rankings.

SEM (Search Engine Marketing):

Managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).

Social Media Marketing:

Creating and managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and healthcare-focused communities.

Content Marketing:

Developing blogs, newsletters, patient education materials, videos, and other content tailored for patients and healthcare providers.

Email Marketing:

Designing and executing email campaigns for patient engagement, appointment reminders, and community outreach.

Analytics & Reporting:

Using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software to track and analyze campaign performance.

Marketing Automation:

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce.

2. Branding and Communication Skills



Brand Management:

Maintaining consistent hospital brand voice and messaging across all channels.

Reputation Management:

Monitoring and responding to patient reviews, online ratings, and public feedback.

Crisis Communication:

Skills in managing communication during healthcare emergencies or public health crises.

Storytelling:

Ability to craft compelling patient stories and hospital success narratives.

Graphic Design Basics:

Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create visual content.
