Job Description

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of experience in SEO, Paid Advertising, Performance Marketing, CRM, Marketing Analytics, and Reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and will be responsible for driving growth and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and improving ROI.

Key Responsibilities:



SEO Management:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and monitor performance metrics.

Paid Advertising:

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant networks to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Performance Marketing:

Develop performance-driven marketing campaigns focused on achieving measurable business goals, such as increasing customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.

CRM:

Utilize CRM tools to create customer segments, personalize communications, and improve customer engagement across all touchpoints. Oversee email marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle strategies.

Marketing Analytics:

Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization. Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc., to monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness.

Reporting:

Prepare detailed performance reports for management, including campaign analysis, recommendations for improvement, and actionable insights to drive decision-making.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and campaigns.

Stay Updated:

Continuously research the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and CRM to keep our marketing efforts competitive and effective.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



3-4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Paid Advertising, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Marketing Analytics. Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and email marketing strategies. Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with advanced analytics tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau. Knowledge of paid social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) and influencer marketing. Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital sales funnels.
