Key Roles & Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan and manage full-funnel campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion)
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize paid campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
, etc.
Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO elements
Monitor search rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance
Content & Social Media Marketing
Plan and manage content strategies for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
Create content calendars and oversee publishing schedules
Collaborate with designers and content writers to develop engaging content
Email & Marketing Automation
Create and manage email marketing campaigns and workflows
Segment audiences and personalize messaging
Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Set up and manage tracking tools such as
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad pixels
Analyze campaign and website performance data
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversions
Identify drop-off points and implement data-driven improvements
Budget & Vendor Management
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency
Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when required
Market Research & Trends
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
