3. Cultural & Consumer Insighting
Stay updated on culture, trends, industry movements, and consumer behaviour.
Turn insights into actionable content ideas and strategic directions.
Create sharp, insight-led briefs for creative teams.
4. Quality Control of All Outgoing Communication
Review, proofread, and approve content before it goes live.
Ensure "right asset, right copy, right platform, right time."
Maintain consistency in tone, grammar, brand voice, and messaging.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimisation
Monitor campaign and content performance regularly.
Suggest and implement strategic improvements based on insights and data.
Work closely with analytics/performance teams to refine content direction.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration & Ownership

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Branding, Journalism, or related fields.
3-4 years of experience
in brand strategy, PR strategy, content strategy, or digital communications.
Strong understanding of brand building, consumer insighting, and content frameworks.
Outstanding communication, storytelling, and writing skills.
Strong analytical ability to evaluate content performance.
High attention to detail with strong proofing/editing skills.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work cross-functionally.
